Sun (8/13): 9am – 7pm
Exhibitors are not expected to staff booths for the full venue hours. These are the full hours that the venue is open to weekend pass holders. Instead, the suggested Exhibiting Hours are listed below. We ask that all exhibitors make a best effort to meet the hours below.

Thu (8/10 – Optional): 12pm – 7pm
Fri (8/11): 9am – 6pm
Sat (8/12): 9am – 6pm
Sun (8/13): 9am – 2pm

Exhibitors can begin breaking down their booths on Sunday (8/13) at noon. If you need to close up shop before this time, please e-mail me ([email protected]) at let me know ASAP. Thank you!
